Try these Super Healthy Oats Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss. It has No Milk and No Curd. You can add Honey or Chocolate Sauce to enhance the taste of these Smoothie recipe. You can also add more fruits as per your choice. I have shared 4 oatmeal smoothie recipes in this video:-

These are homemade smoothies in which we exactly know what we are using. I mean no Dairy, no fat, no sugar. What else one want 🙂 :-). You can replace the ingredients and make your own version of smoothie. For replacing the ingredients see below list:-
Water – Milk/Curd/Almond Milk/Coconut Water
Nuts – Almond/Peanuts/Pistachio/Walnut/Cashew
Seeds – Flax Seeds/Chia/Pumpkin/Sunflower seeds.
Fruits – Apple/mango/Banana/Strawberry/Kiwi/Papaya
You can use any of these combinations. Nuts and seeds gives us required protein and Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for growing kids. Fruits give us minerals. Its complete energy meal.

Such lovely healthy recipes! I know oats are healthy, but I was getting bored with the same milk and oats and honey routine. I will definitely try these! The only problem that I foresee is mixing the cocoa powder in the smoothie – the powder often doesn’t mix well, and floats on top (I use Hershey’s cocoa).

@SomeOther Name ive had no problem with cocoa being on top if you blend it. now mixing it, yeah, it clumps up and floats.
if your blender is not strong enough to actually mix in the powder, try disolving it first in some warm water and then adding it to the rest of the mix
Yes, just put all ingredients straight into the blender, not a bowl first. The cocoa powder will blend in fine. I’m sure you’ve discovered this by now.

Also, not sure if you are grinding the flax seeds or not ; if you don’t grind them your body won’t be able to break them down and absorb the nutrients .

I started my journey to healthy eating about 2 months ago and it all started by accident when one of our residents came to the office and gave me a smoothie. A month later, my eating and sleeping habits changed without me realizing what was happening. And people started telling me that I was losing weight. Sure enough, I looked up all the ingredients she was putting in this smoothie and all were anti-inflammatory and excellent for someone like me that suffers from hypertension. Well, after that I bought a juicer and have been looking for more options of smoothies and your channel is PERFECT!!! Tried the first recipe of the smoothie. Turned out great. Instead of roasted peanuts, I added Pintola peanut butter 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoon honey and in the end, a tablespoon of roasted pumpkin and sunflower seed. Gave a good crunch and great taste. Lovely recipes!!!
