    1. @Leah cross Mam I am gonna be honest and tell you that I am no expert okay…however with my playing around with different recipes,I will venture to guess and say that this serves as a meal replacement,I know for a fact with lemon that it is an excellent form of appetite depressant,ginger on its own gives you that fullness effect and so is pineapple.

      In my honest experience- by the way I lost 20Kg in 2020(went on a weight loss journey that involved a lot of juicing/smoothies,intermittent fasting,green tea and black coffee consumption and water consumption) as well as exercising(walking,jogging,cycling,skipping rope) so all those worked miraculously for me.

      Hopefully if you use that as meal replacement you will see results over time,also,based on my favorable outcome I’d advice that you mix that with intermittent fasting if you want to get amazing results(mind you,I am not by any means doubting or downplaying the legitimacy of this awesome recipe)

  3. I use same ingredients but I add mint leaf and apple cider vinegar and I drink 3x a day morning, lunch and before bed started on the 19th and I am down 6 lbs! It definitely flushes you out I’m no longer bloated! Good luck to all that’s trying ❤️

    1. Apple cider actually works, I know that for a fact and when it comes to weight loss, I’m very hard to convince in that dept. if that makes sense

  5. I’ve lost 7.4 lbs in a week! It really works.
    I started this on 2/19. I didn’t have time to make it on 2/22 or 2/24. I drank it all in the morning on the days I made it, never at night. I drank it all in one sitting before my coffee or any food. I also used 3 cups of water instead of a liter. I believe it suppresses your appetite. I didn’t diet, but my portions were smaller because I got full pretty fast. I ate salad, taco soup, chicken fajitas, eggs and bacon, fried mushrooms, baked spaghetti and, chic-fil-a. I had ice cream twice. I didn’t have time to exercise, but am adding that in starting today. 😁

    *it made me a pee a lot, but nothing else 😂

  11. The drink is soo refreshing! If it contributes to weight loss then that’s a bonus but you definitely need to eat clean and exercise. Consistency is key! I’ve also found that it’s a great pre-work out drink – gives me so much energy!!

  13. I came back to share my experience.
    So I had a lot of swelling from a hard weekend. I had gained 8 pounds in 2 days. The swelling was not going down no matter how much water I drank.
    This is day 5 of me drinking this smoothie in the morning after I have water.
    So far I have lost 9lbs. And that’s just once a day.
    I drink my morning water, have a smoothie, wait 30 min b4 I have my normal breakfast and then just eat regular the rest of the day.
    I try to stay moving just taking short 15min walks or taking my kids to the pool since it helps move fluid.
    I have been peeing like crazy and my feet finally stopped hurting.

    1. @CiCi90744 I used canned pineapple if that makes it easier for you. Dole pineapple in 100% pineapple juice. You can buy a few cans and won’t have to worry about it going bad.

  14. You can wash and leave the peels on. The peels have a great deal of nutrients as well. The parts of fruits and vegetables that we throw away are usually the best for us. Pineapple peels can be simmered in water, and use that instead of plain water. Just some things I learned from my aunt who is a nutritionist.

  15. Recipe:
    1 cup pineapple
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    2 inch of ginger, peeled and cubed
    1/2 lemon, squeezed
    1 liter of water

    Drink 2x daily.
