  1. *I can attest to LITERALLY EVERYTHING in this video.* I mean literally everything – from the pressure point massages, the diet (EVERYTHING she included and omitted), to the stretch at the end. My jaw dropped because this has literally been my lifestyle for the past two years. To anyone who doubts, I lost over 30 lbs in the first 6 months doing all of this with ZERO exercise. It’s not easy, honestly, if you come from the standard North American diet. I literally cook and bake 90% of everything I eat. My life is in the kitchen. I had to retrain my mind and body to be satisfied with these foods when all I wanted to eat sometimes was chips and chocolate. It’s hard psychologically. But if you stick to it and don’t cheat IT WORKS.

  5. One year ago today I had a big belly pouch, that I hated, I wanted it gone and for good. I started with this video, then started doing exercises, and recently started a keto diet. Today I now have a flat tummy, and know I’m on my way to getting bulky. I would have never got were I am without bright side. Thank you❤️

  6. 1- Acupressure (four fingers above and below the belly button) massage for 3 minutes
    2- Consume more ginger (tea or sprinkle above your food)
    3- Add turmeric in water and smoothies
    4- Drink peppermint and dandelion tea
    5- Cut down on salt intake
    6- Include more potassium rich foods (such as bananas, tomatoes, avocados, spinach, beets, coconut water)
    7- Reduce bad carbs such as sugars and replace it with protein
    8- Drink water
    9- Smaller proportions, 6 meals
    10- Cut out sodas and sugar filled drinks
    11- Include physical activities as much as possible and do the stomach vacuum

  8. I’m going Gluten free at the moment. I’ve been doing it for about 3 days. So far I already feel better about myself. I see less bloating and it cuts down carbs like crazy. I also don’t snack as much any more. You should try it if you would like to.

  9. Weekly 2 days fruit diet and 1 day juice diet will also work out wonder in losing weight along with 1 hour daily workout mixed with cardio and whole body floor exercises.

UPDATE: I followed this with my boyfriend it’s been a month now, He lost around 8kg and I lost around 10kg, the key here is to be persistent and stuff, at first you don’t feel like you lose any weight at all but just keep doing it and you can see the results! We went to do some home workouts at least 3 times a week to speed up our weightloss and ofcourse the diet and water drinking is super essential to reaching your goal, starving yourself tho is never an option, just let your body lose the weight step by step!
