❤3 INGREDIENT HEALTHY BREAKFAST BAR RECIPE❤
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
-2 cups of rolled oats (but soak them in water for about 5 minutes until the water is absorbed & they’re mushy!)
-3 or 4 mashed bananas
-1/2 cup peanut butter (or more if you want)
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-Bake for 22-25 mins
-Let cool & cut!!

  1. I had just stripped the bed for a second load of laundry when you posted. Saturday Morning routine has already started and a lot has been accomplish but I broke my first rule this morning. I’ve allowed my this gadget to interrupt my flow. But for every moment spent from my routine will be time added no matter what my fun plans are for the day….Shea I need more discipline. Sunday will be a Super Relax day for me…praying it will be spent mostly outside. TFS&I Shea.🌺

  2. I was somewhat surprised to find that I am doing several of these already, though not necessarily on Sunday. I do the whole dry brushing, face mask, hair mask, full body routine on Saturday morning and then I make protein waffles and tackle the chores. I like making a lavender latte on Sunday morning and then getting into a book and maybe meal prepping for the week.

  6. This was a great video Shea! I am definitely making the breakfast bars! Love that you included Josh in the video! I am going to do these starting with the laundry today 😅 not my favorite. I wrote all the steps down..I still need to ask my doctor about using cbd with my medications..I keep forgetting 🤦‍♀️ I have an appointment next month and will ask because I think they may help me.   8. My Sunday ritual I’ve been doing for about 10 years (because it works) is I do every single piece of dirty laundry in the house so everyone has all their clothes clean for the week. I do laundry all week but Sunday is the day I finish it all. This has served us well and I will never stop.

I usually get all my home chores done during the week so when the weekend comes it’s our time to spend together doing whatever we want, I have certain days during the week that I do laundry, groceries, cleaning and just a day that I can go shopping for myself, weekends for us is a time of rest, especially when my hubby works a very stressful job and I’m retired and can manage to do just about everything myself during the week including mowing our lawn. 💙💖🇦🇺
