I always click so fast to watch your videos! You’re my favorite YouTuber 😊
Wow – this made my day!!!! Thank you so much Kelly!!!
Thanks for sharing such great content. I love Amazon and this was the best.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it Taylor!!
Clicked as soon as I got notification. Love watching your videos as your personality is so upbeat and cheerful!
Wow – thank you so much Danielle!!! That makes me really happy!
Loved watching this video while getting ready this morning, you made my day 😍 I am loving the off the shoulder look and that shirt is so pretty! Shea you always have the best Amazon finds. 💗 Have a wonderful Tuesday! Love you Shea!
Lol That’s exactly what I am doing. Getting ready for work.
Can you let us know how the clothes last? Do they still look good after they’re washed a few times?
Yes yes yes. I know it’s fast fashion. But I would still like to see if I can wear them at least a season!
Reminder: shop sustainably 🌍 women and kids around the world sew these clothing in sweatshops under bad conditions.
Shea you should do some video’s on “What I eat in a day” you look great! Please share! 👍🏽🥰❤️🌺
She’s done that
Does the off the shoulder top (#3) stay in place throughout the day? There’s nothing worse than fighting an off the shoulder top all day as it pops around everytime you move, lol. As usual, love all the things ❤️
I love your style so much! It’s so classy! Please make a video on how to accessorize and how to choose what necklaces and rings to wear on each type of outfit!
I love the look of so many clothes on Amazon, but they are almost all polyester. I struggle to keep polyester clothes smelling nice and feeling nice. I personally think that polyester tends to look cheap.
@Brittany Sparkman see my reply to ponylo
@horace also true
@horace I agree with most everything you said, but would add the following:
1. Another concern with polyester is the micro plastics released during laundering, which find their way into our drinking water.
2. Durability, both of fabric and construction, is just as important as pulling back on our desire to constantly buy new things.
3. Fabric blends —poly/cotton, cotton/rayon, cotton/cashmere, etc.— tend to have a shorter life because they are prone to ‘pilling.’ Blends also *cannot be recycled.*
4. Linen is breathable, washable, very durable, and is usually grown without pesticides (even when not specifically labeled ‘organic’) and with less water than cotton or rayons. Shaken out, hung to dry after smoothing out wrinkles, or 1/2 dried in dryer, then hung, will minimize wrinkling, which we should probably just learn to tolerate, at least for casual wear.
5. Good quality merino wool is washable, breathable, and naturally anti-microbial, requiring far less washing while still remaining fresh-smelling. It’s also extremely durable. Ethical producers of merino and cashmere do exist and not all are very expensive.
6. Better to have *one* high quality, durable, ethically-produced item, than 10 semi-disposable items of questionable production.
You and I agree that we all need to rethink our approach to fashion and this type of video is the *perfect* place to bring it up! Thanks for that! 👍
@Altitude Is Everything I agree with you almost on everything but unfortunately minimalism is not for everyone (in regards to having 1 item instead of 10). I tried the capsule approach and it just doesn’t work for me, I get bored and miserable. Maybe I could train myself and with time appreciate it more, but life is too short to torture yourself on every step of the way. So I decided not to give in to obsessions (I have PhD in Geosciences and work as a chemist, this subject is pretty close to my heart) and just try my best to respect the clothes I own and not use shopping as therapy. It’s the same as veganism with me – I recognize how superior lifestyle it is, but it makes me miserable, so I can’t keep it. I do my best to limit shopping and waste and I think if we all just do that the problem would get solved halfway already. And then who knows maybe I will rediscover capsules (or veganism) in some time. I will definitely try. Thank you for your kind words, cheers!
@horace Honestly, minimalism would be very difficult for me, too! But from watching so many of these videos, especially the many closet decluttering videos, it seems that most US consumers could buy one tenth of what seems to be the norm and *still* have plenty, without even approaching minimalism. While not a minimalist myself —or a vegan!— but I have stopped buying things that don’t last, like fabric blends, and buy a bit less while investing a bit more in quality. And I pull out items from past seasons (even past *decades)* and incorporate them into my current wardrobe in new ways to make them relevant again. I get bored, too, so it keeps things fresh and fun! Sounds like our approach is pretty similar: “make an effort to be responsible, but realize that perfection is tough, if not impossible.” Again, thanks for reminding us all to be both thoughtful in our choices and forgiving of ourselves when we make some compromises.
I love watching these videos! They inspire me to be proud when I’ve chosen something that you show! I am not the fashionista that you are, but I still have quite a few things on point! I saw your IG post yesterday with your sunglasses, and I could actually hear your voice saying “I don’t wear sunglasses because I like them, but they really are a great accessory!” I heard that in one of the first videos that I watched of yours. I have learned a great deal from your videos! I still think that a smile is the best accessory! Thanks so much! 💛🧡❤🥰
Picked up a few of these items! I absolutely adore when you make these types videos; thanks as always ~ Amy xo
I’m watching this to see whether I can get the most for my money as a university student. Going back to the semester doesn’t have to be super expensive. I’m ready to make another amazon list.
Love the leopard print still myself. I am fixing to go see if the shoes are still available. Thanks for sharing your recommendations with us.
Every time I watch I get something 😂 I love the mini wallet with a bee 🐝 on it! Now I need sunglasses 🕶 😂 Seriously, thanks for sharing these items regularly. So much I need and didn’t know it😳😂
Good gosh girlie! How about some 100% natural fiber clothing from Amazon next time. Everything was synthetic and we know it’s not good for the planet, so how about it? Love your videos!
The last time I shopped with Amazon was about 2 years ago. I rarely shop that site, but these clothes are REALLY nice!
You are truly the best and most reliable YouTube gal out there! I can always rely on you, thanks Shea🥰
Love watching these Amazon videos, even though I’ve never shopped from them, I’m always worried about the quality and how long the pieces of clothing last, they look great on camera but in real life, I’m not so sure. I guess you pay for what you get. Cheers from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺❤️❤️
I always find great pieces from your recommendations, thank you Shea….Love you!❤
