1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
2/3 strawberries
5 blueberries
1 big juicy orange pepper
Half or full glass of water
This makes one glass so ration how you please, it’s full of tasty goodness. I checked and I’m now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

I tried the banana beet smoothie. I used water instead of milk and plain curd instead of Greek yogurt. It was really tasty. I never thought I would enjoy having beetroot.
I always make sure I put greens, chia seeds, flaxseeds, açai berry powder, spirulina powder and coconut water into my morning weight loss breakfast smoothies!

these smoothies saved my live. I replaced unhealthy drinks and snacks with smoothies every time i felt like eating something bad for me, and because things like blue berries and strawberries are very expensive i quickly learned not to crave unhealthy snacks and drinks!
